Registration "Commitment Fees": AFRE's
AZventure Series workshops and study tours are FREE but require a
$25 refundable "commitment fee" for each date reserved. If you use
a credit card, your card will be verified but will only be charged
if you cancel within five business days of each workshop. If you
pay your fees by check, your check will be returned unless you
cancel within five business days of each workshop.
Registration Confirmation: When AFRE
receives your registration and either "commitment fees" check(s)
or your credit card is verified, you will get a confirmation note
in the mail or email.
Registration Details: You will receive an
information packet at least two weeks before each workshop that
will contain important information about location, time, attire,
and any other details you will need to attend. Your registration
includes great resources, continental breakfast and lunch.
Cancellation Policy: Your $25-per-workshop
"commitment fee" will be processed (check deposited or credit card
charged) if you cancel within five business days of a workshop.
Substitute participants are permitted.
Register Online with Credit Card:

Register Online and Mail Check(s):
- Register
Online and select the "Pay by Check" payment option. This will
reserve your seat until AFRE receives your paperwork.
- Print your registration confirmation before completing
your Internet session.
- Write a $25 check for each workshop registered.
- Mail your registration confirmation and check(s) to:

- Download and print the AZventure Registration Form and
complete it in writing for all selected workshops.
- Write a $25 check for each workshop registered.
